Other traits you may have...

• Have one or more years of experience in outbound sales; customer service experience is highly preferred
• Self aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails
• Word savvy. You have exceptional writing skills and can craft documents such as emails and weekly activity summaries, easily adjusting your tone/voice accordingly
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and creative-thinking skills
• Preferably have experience using CRM software
• Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You don't get overwhelmed easily
• Charismatic people-person who can talk to anyone; you are flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world!

A Day In the Life - What You'll Do:

• Assist in the nationwide recruitment of real estate agents for our franchisees
• Work with a supplied list of leads to achieve daily goals
• Serve as first point of contact and setting qualified appointments
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with franchisees and prospective agents
• Work hand-in-hand with franchisees on a regular basis to strategize and generate results
• Learn about our company and technology in order to serve as an ambassador for the franchise growth
• Have fun!
