We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Franchise Sales Coordinator to join our growing franchise sales team! This position will be responsible for proactively coordinating lead generation, lead management, and lead conversion opportunities. Excel skills are a major plus!

A day in the life...what you'll do!

  • Immediately responds to any online inquiries or assigned inquiries to qualify the prospect.
  • Qualifies potential franchise prospects and determine if they should move on to conversations with the SVP Franchise Sales.
  • Follows up on leads acquired at trade shows and other industry events.
  • Develops targeting campaigns for various purposes.
  • Makes proactive outbound prospecting calls to potential franchise prospects.
  • Manages social media contacts and inquiries.
  • Maintains all contacts and conversations in a CRM system.
  • Organizes VIP presentations for prospects as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are...

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of sales or call center experience
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Follow up in a timely and efficient manner
