The Commission Processor must deliver exceptional customer service through expert handling of our customers' (real estate agents) commission orders and files via phone, email and in-person meetings.  This position would work as a member of our transaction services team processing agent commission checks. This position would also be a back up for our reception team and greet agents as they pick up their checks.


What You'll Do:

  • Logs closing packages/commission checks.
  • Assists agents with general closing questions.
  • Greets agents that come in the office to pick up commission checks.
  • Scans and records documents.
  • Completes additional administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Supports receptionists as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Who You Are:

High School diploma or equivalent

Working knowledge of real estate forms and document procedures preferred

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment required (Word, Google Apps Environment, and various internet browsers)

Exceptional customer service and administrative skills

Ability to work effectively under aggressive deadlines

Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, be reliable, flexible, and work well in a team environment

Effective, positive interpersonal skills are required

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and assertiveness
