We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team of our growing small business.
As a member of our team you play a tremendous role in growing our presence and reach. You respectfully work with our client care team to make sure our clients receive the most trusted home warranty experience imaginable.
You’re passionate about helping our clients secure the coverage they need, and you thoughtfully consult about the value of home warranties and our specific offerings. You move with excellence and trust, recognizing that your interactions with clients and partners set the tone for what homeowners can expect from our company.
Within your role, you will…
· Assist customers by answering questions about warranty service and coverage.
· Processing orders for new service request.
· Uphold the excellent reputation of our firm.
· Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals.
You’re right for the role if you possess...
· Prior customer service experience.
· Enjoy interacting with customers and providing great service.
· Strong communication skills
· Bilingual is a PLUS
· On-Call rotation availability
