Our corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ has extended its operations to another corporate location in Florida! The Office Manager is expected to accomplish department objectives by executing, organizing, and monitoring daily processes. 


Within your role, you will…

  • Maintains process flow/step-by-step organizational processes across FL brokerage.
  • Completes monthly audits for brokerage operations.
  • Runs reports and updates monthly metrics.
  • Monitors work; gathers resources; maintains productivity standards; collaborates on new procedures and improvement of current procedures
  • Provides quality service by enforcing quality and service standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
  • Oversight of the agent mentorship program as well as Branch operations
  • Provides support for the brokerage operations team as needed.
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service concerns; identifying trends; recommending improvements.
  • Represents the HomeSmart brand with a high level of professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Who you are…

  • 3+ years operations experience
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise, and well organized written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious
  • Superb planning and organizing skill set
  • Strong learning agility and flexibility with attention to detail
  • Excellent process management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment required (Word, Google Apps Environment, and various internet browsers).
  • Experience in, quality management, developing and adhering to standards, fostering teamwork and a positive team environment, providing positive and opportunistic feedback
  • Real Estate license and experience preferred
