Contact Center Manager accomplishes department objectives by supervising a small staff; organizing and monitoring work processes, creating and tracking performance results, coaching and training new staff.

What you'd do...

  • Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Monitors work, gathers resources, maintains productivity standards, troubleshoots CRM problems, maintains reference manuals, collaborates on new procedures.
  • Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, identifying trends, recommending system improvements.
  • Conducting weekly check-ins with franchisees.
  • Hiring and training new staff members
  • Monitoring team progress via CRM
  • Tracking KPIs that are essential to profitability.
  • Share feedback and market data with company leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for...

  • Experience within a blended representative sales and service model
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Self‑motivated; excels in minimal guidance, management position
  • Able to multi‑task and meet opposing demands
  • Contact center experience preferred
  • Proven project management skills
  • Proven ability to influence others that do not directly report to the Director
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sustained business performance in a sales organization
